She brings a wealth of collaboratively-focused design, transparent project management and calm professionalism to all her work.

Elizabeth’s ambition as a designer is to create adaptive laboratory spaces that invite creativity, innovation, and the imagination of the participants. Her design methodology revolves around developing a rigorous understanding of the users and their workflows to design highly functional spaces that reflect the pedagogy of the users work now and into the future. Her design research is focused on the interrelationship between traditional and new materials, and parametric design modeling and manufacturing techniques.

Her architectural experiences include design leadership on educational, institutional, commercial, and residential projects – with a focus on laboratory design and spaces to support creative work. She provides expertise that covers the breadth of the project life cycle; from functional and technical programming, feasibility and concept analysis, to leadership in the development and production of design and construction documents, to the meticulous implementation of construction administration.
